𝗣𝗜𝗟𝗟𝗭 is a comic that originates back in 2022 that's been rebooted into a weirdcore roleplay server, taking place in a Hospital referred to as 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗢'𝗗𝗼𝘆𝗹𝗲 𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗶𝘁𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, and located in a universe called "𝙏𝙝𝙚 𝙉𝙤𝙬𝙝𝙚𝙧𝙚". A place between worlds and vast liminal spaces where wandering humans slip through the cracks of reality and noclip into into an entirely new dimensions of existence.
And when this happens, the Residents of these places sweep away the confused, lost, and often belligerently disoriented wanderers straight to the Institution to be treated!

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗢'𝗗𝗼𝘆𝗹𝗲 𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗶𝘁𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 and its owner Malik O'Doyle concerns itself with all matters pertaining to mental health, ailments and lost souls in need of help- Rehabilitation and Medicaid for both the Good and The Wicked are served here! Regardless of who and what you are, all are welcome within these halls!
Most people's goals are to get well enough to leave, as voluntary exit isn't as easy as a simple escape- especially if you are in there for something rather heinous and did not come willingly.

Will you persist and make friends with your neighbors? Or, will the mystery of this Hospital lead you down some place troubling? That's for you to decide! You'll have quite a while to think about it after all.

This project is a love letter to all things weirdcore, dreamcore and nostalgia. The community around it. This server encourages creativity, humor and providing the need for a sandbox roleplay but without the aimlessness of no boundaries or story!
We introduce the chance to be apart of the story or simply float around in the background- This server also deals with mature topics and thusly is 18+!

There are two main species titles that exist in the world of PILLZ, at least by definition of where they come from; these titles derive from The Nowhere’s culture rather than actually what you are exactly. Which is to say Humans, and everyone else!

Residents

As the name suggest, Residents are those who reside and are born in dimensional levels of The Nowhere. They are incredibly diverse and strange looking. They come in thousands and millions of unique and reality bending forms and can be a microcosm of species all of their own! Either native to specific levels or not.
Residents are a lot like us despite their abnormal behaviors, abilities and looks; just like people they can have friends, family, hobbies, jobs and places to be. They often don’t mean any harm even if they are incomprehensible and scary. However also just like people, they can be evil, malicious and mean you harm.
They see humans who fall into The Nowhere a lot like we do with lost/injured animals who are scared and feisty as we are trying to help them. Very common with those who are suffering from “The Delirium.”

Wanderers

Wanderers are humans that have somehow no-clipped and fell through the small slips of reality and find themselves in The Nowhere levels. They are often found wandering lost around levels unable to get back on their own unless they are incredibly lucky. Humans are the only ones who can suffer from “The Delirium” which is explained more in depth in the MISC category, thus being unable to comprehend or stabilize their minds. Making it harder to understand what they are perceiving or the others around them.
But Humans aren't the only ones! Animals too are quite known for traversing into The Nowhere. Some more innately capable than others, like Cats! (of course)

Humans are persistent bastards though. While they may not seem all that special in the grand scheme of things, they are still very fascinating to the locals for their spirit, tenacity and general ability to somehow get / adjust anywhere given enough time. The indomitable human spirit and all that! And don't be fooled by how boring this option can be- Wanderers can be vastly unique as well due to the time periods they can come from, as well as what’s spoken about in the Delirium/time sections of these docs.

When Residents find Wanderers, especially those they look to be lost, delirious and disheveled usually contacts The O’Doyle Institute and authority to come collect them. But to a human’s perspective at the time its probably akin to those Found Footage horror tapes where you are being chased and manhandled by creatures you cant even understand.

PILLZ as a concept is inspired by many different medias and life experiences, all contributing to this story and setting in big and small ways. Reading this list is not needed, but if you wish you can check these out and feel inspired yourself! I would be remiss to not mention as well I could not do this without all my friends who played a part in this:
